Compact two-stage semi-automatic pressure control station (manifold) for two cylinders, designed for technical, medical, corrosive, laboratory and high-purity gases. Two-stage regulation ensures highly stable outlet pressure. Features automatic switchover via pressure difference — when one cylinder is depleted, the system automatically switches to the full cylinder. Equipped with 2 main two-stage pressure regulators (one per side), inlet and outlet pressure gauges (Ø 50 mm, DIN 837), 50 µm inlet filter and relief valve per stage. Includes 2 stainless steel corrugated metal hoses (1,000 mm) for cylinder connection. Completely mounted on a stainless steel base plate with fixing holes. Inlet: cylinder connection according to DIN 477 Part 1 or Part 5. Outlet: compression fitting or alternatively 1/4" NPT-F thread. Maximum inlet pressure up to 300 bar depending on standard. Outlet pressure ranges from 1.5 to 30 bar; special ranges up to 60 bar. Temperature range: -40 to +70 °C. Body materials: chrome-plated brass, stainless steel or Monel. Diaphragm: stainless steel or Hastelloy. Seat: PCTFE. ECD suitable. Leak rate < 1×10⁻⁸ mbar·l/s (He). ATEX and PED compliant. Options: shut-off or metering valve, purge system, contact gauge or pressure transmitter.
