Compact single-stage pressure control station (manifold) for one cylinder, designed for technical, medical, corrosive, laboratory and high-purity gases. Equipped with one main pressure regulator, inlet and outlet pressure gauges (Ø 50 mm, DIN 837), 50 µm inlet filter and relief valve. Includes one stainless steel corrugated metal hose, 1,000 mm long, for cylinder connection. Completely mounted on a stainless steel base plate with fixing holes. Inlet: cylinder connection according to DIN 477 Part 1 or Part 5. Outlet: compression fitting or alternatively 1/4" NPT-F thread. Maximum inlet pressure up to 300 bar depending on standard. Outlet pressure ranges from 1.5 to 30 bar; special ranges up to 60 bar are possible. Temperature range: -40 to +70 °C. Body materials: chrome-plated brass, stainless steel or Monel. Membranes: stainless steel or Hastelloy. ECD suitable. Leak rate < 1×10^-8 (helium). ATEX and PED compliant. Options include shut-off or metering valve, purge system and contact gauge or pressure transmitter.
