Sigma series cylinder pressure regulators are designed for precise and reliable pressure control in applications involving technical, medical, corrosive, laboratory, and high-purity gases. The modular design allows flexible configuration depending on gas type, required pressure range, and connection standards.
The regulators are available in both single-stage and dual-stage versions. Dual-stage models ensure stable downstream pressure regardless of decreasing cylinder pressure, making them suitable for applications requiring high accuracy and consistency.
A wide range of inlet and outlet configurations is supported, including various cylinder connection standards (e.g. DIN 477 and others) as well as multiple outlet options such as threaded connections or compression fittings. This flexibility allows seamless integration into different gas supply systems.
The Sigma series is engineered for demanding environments and supports gas purity levels up to 6.0. Depending on configuration, regulators are available with bodies made of chrome-plated brass, stainless steel or Monel, and diaphragms made of stainless steel or Hastelloy, ensuring durability and chemical resistance.
Additional configuration options include shut-off or metering valves, pressure gauges or transmitters, as well as internal or external gas purging systems.
All models comply with relevant industrial and safety standards, including ATEX and PED, and are designed for operation in a wide temperature range.
